Tuna melt
- 1 can Italian tuna in olive oil
- 1 small shallot
- 1 large sprig rosemary
- 1 Black pepper
- 4 slice provolone cheese
- 16 Sliced sesame baguette
- 1 Butter
- Mash tuna with chopped shallot, rosemary, and black pepper.
- Quarter the cheese.
- Build sandwich of bread, cheese, tuna, cheese, bread.
- Melt butter in skillet and brown on both sides.
