Easy Chicken

  1. in a large skillet, melt butter and saute the celery.
  2. mix the chicken broth and flour.
  3. add chicken and broth mixture to skillet.
  4. simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  5. flip the chicken over and simmer uncovered for five more minutes.
  6. sauce should thicken as it cools.
  7. salt and pepper to taste.
