Easy Microwave-Steamed Tofu Bread
- 150 grams Pancake mix
- 120 grams x 2 Silken tofu
- 3 tbsp Black bean kinako
- 1 tbsp Black sesame seeds
- 1 Maple syrup
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Pour the mixture into the tofu containers to about 60% full, and lightly press the centres (moisten your fingers and press to make it easier).
- Wrap loosely and cook each container for 1 minute in a microwave at 500W.
- Turn the container over and cook for 30 more seconds at 200W.
- Serve on a plate, and drizzle on maple syrup or butter and enjoy.
- You can also bake it in a pan.
