Ultimate Drumsticks
- 8 chicken drumsticks (1 1/2 pounds)
- 2 14 ounces Shake-n-Bake, extra crispy coat mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried chives or 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon drid basil leaves and 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 14 cup ketuchup mixed with 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 14 cup barbecue sauce
- 12 cup Taco Bell Home Originals thick 'n chunky salsa
- 12 cup pizza sauce
- 14 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 cup mexican style shredded cheese
- 1 cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 400F Add seasoning to coating mix.
- Coat chicken with coating mixture.
- Place on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Brush with sauce.
- Sprinkle with topping.
- Bake 5 minutes or until heated through.
- FUN IDEA: Wrap the end of the drumsticks in foil for easy pick up without messy hands.
