Veggie Skewers

  1. Chop all vegetables into large pieces (each pepper should cut into 12 pieces).
  2. Place in large bowl, sprikle with salt and add garlic, parsley and oil.
  3. Mix well and let marinate for at least 1/2 hour.
  4. Place on skewer in random fashion and grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
