Ham and Cheese Appetizer Pinwheels

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Spread onto tortillas, leaving 1/4-inch border around edge of each.
  3. Top evenly with ham, pears and blue cheese.
  4. Tightly roll up tortillas.
  5. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  7. Meanwhile, cook vinegar in small saucepan on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min.
  8. or until reduced to 1/2 cup.
  9. Set aside until ready to use.
  10. Unwrap roll-ups just before serving.
  11. Trim and discard ends, if desired.
  12. Cut each roll-up into 6 pinwheels.
  13. Secure with toothpicks.
  14. Place on serving platter; drizzle with the balsamic syrup.
