To Die for Scallops

  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice and scallops.
  3. Cook over med.
  4. heat for 15 minutes
  5. During the last 5 minutes of cooking time, add green onions.
  6. When done, add enough cracker crumbs to absorb juice.
  7. Serve with lemon slices on the side.
