Asian Inspired Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside
  3. Heat some vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  4. Add carrots and fry for a minute
  5. Then add garlic, ginger and mushrooms until golden brown.
  6. Finally, add the peas
  7. When nicely browned, turn off heat, add pasta, sesame oil, soy sauce, sambal oelek, black pepper, chinese five spice and tomato paste
  8. Stir well to combine and enjoy!
