CRACK STICKS
- 1 loaf Sliced white bread, crusts removed
- 1 packages Cream Cheese 8oz Softened
- 3/4 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Butter Melted
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl combine cream cheese and confectioners sugar until creamy set aside.
- In another bowl combine sugar and cinnamon.
- In a third bowl melt butter and set a side
- Flatten bread with a rolling pin.
- Spread about 1 tabelspoon of cream cheese and sugar mixture on each slice of bread.
- Roll-up (Jelly roll style).
- Dip in butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
