Ham & Cheese Hand Pies

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
  5. Cut into 4 (7x5-inch) rectangles.
  6. Place 1 slice cheese onto half of each piece of dough.
  7. Top with 1/4 ham slices and 1 slice cheese.
  8. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.
  9. Press edges with fork to seal.
  10. Place onto prepared baking sheet.
  11. Brush tops with egg; cut 2 slits in top with sharp knife.
