Garlic and Olive Oil Pasta

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed, but add 3 tsp.
  2. salt to water.
  3. In a heavy skillet, cook olive oil with 1 tsp.
  4. salt and garlic over low flame.
  5. This mixture will become foamy and sweeten as it cooks.
  6. When the noodles are cooked, drain well and mix with garlic-oil mixture.
  7. Add lemon juice, and water as needed.
  8. Add 1 tsp.
  9. garlic and parsely.
  10. Blend well and serve with grated Parmesan.
