Madras Chicken Skillet

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in large frying pan on medium heat until chicken is cooked through, turning chicken over and adding onion to the pan after 8 minutes.
  2. Add rice, peaches with their juices, chutney and curry powder; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil; cover.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 min.

chicken breasts, oil, onion, instant white rice, syrup, mango, curry powder
