Grilled Smoked Turkey with Havarti & Arugula

  1. Start by buttering 2 slices of challah and add a light spread of sweet and spicy mustard.
  2. Compile the sandwich with the shaved smoked turkey; add the Havarti cheese (who says you can have too much cheese?)
  3. and finish with arugula.
  4. Place on a 350 degrees F grill, arugula side down first.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes; flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. When flipped, cover with a pot cover to help melt the cheese.
