Grilled Smoked Turkey with Havarti & Arugula
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 slices Challah
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet And Spicy Mustard
- 5 slices Smoked Turkey
- 6 slices Havarti Cheese
- 1 bunch Arugula
- Start by buttering 2 slices of challah and add a light spread of sweet and spicy mustard.
- Compile the sandwich with the shaved smoked turkey; add the Havarti cheese (who says you can have too much cheese?)
- and finish with arugula.
- Place on a 350 degrees F grill, arugula side down first.
- Cook for 3 minutes; flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
- When flipped, cover with a pot cover to help melt the cheese.
