Orange-Glazed Snow Peas

  1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except snow peas.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1/4 cup.
  4. Blanch snow peas in boiling water about 30 seconds; drain.
  5. Immediately transfer snow peas to serving dish.
  6. Pour orange sauce over snow peas and toss to coat.
  7. Serve hot.
