Pork Chop Barbecue Recipe
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 (1/2 in. thick) rib pork chops
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 1 slice lemon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon peppers
- Mix water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Add in lemon and onion.
- Simmer 20 min.
- Add in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Liquid Smoke.
- Bring to a boil.
- Place chops in baking dish and pour sauce over them.
- Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 25 min.
- Turn chops once during this time.
- Also great of pork ribs.
