Smokehouse Tater Tot Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to tater tot cooking temp (approx.
  2. 425 degrees).
  3. Brown ground beef in a deep skillet.
  4. Add onions.
  5. Drain.
  6. Add spinach to pan (I shredded mine first, but it may not be necessary to do so).
  7. Toss in meat mixture until leaves begin to look wilted.
  8. Add can of tomatoes/chile's, can of cheddar cheese soup and can of baked beans.
  9. Mix well.
  10. In large baking dish, pour meat mixture and spread throughout.
  11. Layer top with tater tots.
  12. Bake until tots are golden brown (approx.
  13. 20-25 minutes).
  14. Sprinkle generous amounts of shredded cheese over the top.
  15. Bake again until cheese is melted (3-5 minutes).
  16. Serve!
