Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

• 16 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, finely chopped
• 2 chipotle chiles in adobo, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro leaf
• 1 12 cups sour cream
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• salt

1. Mix all ingredients.
