Easy Vegetable Soup

  1. Dice up onion and crush garlic.
  2. Spray stock pot with non-stick spray.
  3. Add onion and garlic cook until softened.
  4. Add beef broth and stewed tomatoes.
  5. Once broth is heated thoroughly, add carrots and green beans.
  6. After 10 minutes add frozen spinach and zucchini.
  7. Once zucchini is softened, add cannellini beans.
  8. Cook until beans are heated.
