Bailey's Irish Cream Balls Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon till well blended.
  2. Allow to stand 5 min.
  3. Shape mix into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
  5. Allow to dry on wire rack 1 hour.
  6. Roll in powdered sugar again if you like.
  7. Store in airtight container between layers of wax paper.
