Wilted Kale with Bacon and Tomatoes

  1. Melt Parkay in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add kale; stir to combine.
  4. Add undrained tomatoes, water, garlic salt and pepper; stir gently.
  5. Cover; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until kale is tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Meanwhile, heat bacon in microwave according to package directions.
  7. Cut into bite-size pieces.
  8. Stir bacon into kale mixture before serving.
