Apple n' Spice Syrup for Pancakes

• 14 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 14 teaspoon allspice
• 14 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 34 cups apple cider

1. In a sauce pan combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
2. Add cider& stir.
3. Cook& stir over medium heat until bubbly and thick.
4. Cool and bottle.
