- 1 12 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 tablespoons almond paste
- 14 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 23 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 13 cups bread flour
- 2 12 teaspoons yeast
- 12 cup dried sour cherries
- 12 cup almonds, chopped
- Bake according to manufacturers instructions, adding the cherries and almonds during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
