Emerald Martini

• 1 lemon twist
• 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
• Ice
• 2 ounces citrus vodka

1. Fill two-thirds of a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the vodka and Chartreuse.
3. Stir briskly for 30 seconds to chill.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the twist.
