Hot Fudge Fantasy Tart
- 23 cup nestle toll house semisweet chocolate morsel
- 12 cup butter
- 34 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 30 (1 1/2 inch) paper, candy liners
- miniature marshmallow
- maraschino cherry
- mestles toll house premier white chocolate chips
- chocolate-covered peppermint pattie, quartered
- 1 (14 ounce) can Nestle sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup nestle toll house semisweet chocolate morsel
- Preheat oven to 375F Grese or paper-line miniature muffin pans.
- Micorwave 2/3 cup morsels and butter in medium, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 2 minutes; stir.
- Microwave at additional 10-20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to melted chocolate; stir well.
- Gradually stir in flour until smooth.
- Spoon into prepared pans, filling 1/2 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Immediately press one of the desired fillings (3 miniature marshmallows, 1 maraschino cherry, 5 morsels, or 2 mint quarters) into center of each tart.
- Bake for an additional 2 minutes.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes.
- Combine sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup morsels in small saucepan; cook over medum-low heat, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Top each tart with about 1 tsp of the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour .
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
- PREPARATION TIP: Tarts can be made ahead and frozen for up to 2 months.
