White Chocolate Mousse Tarts

  1. In saucepan over low heat melt chocolate with condensed milk.
  2. Stir in extract.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Spoon into crust.
  6. Chill 4 hours.
  7. Serve with fresh fruit.
