Easy Fruit Ginger Drops
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) box gingerbread mix
- 12 cup water
- 12 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup cut-up candied fruit (see variations below)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet(s).
- Mix the gingerbread mix and water.
- Stir in the nuts and candied fruit.
- Drop by teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet(s).
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Variations:.
- 2/3 cup cut-up gumdrops.
- 1 cup prepared mincemeat.
- 1 cup raisins or craisins.
