Soy-Marinated Steaks for Two
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 bone-in beef sirloin steaks (3/4 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
- 2 tsp. oil
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
- Pour over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat oil in medium ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat.
- Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
- Add steaks to skillet; cook 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
- Transfer skillet to oven.
- Bake 5 to 10 min.
- or until steaks are medium doneness (160 degrees F).
- Remove from oven.
- Let stand 5 min.
