Vegan Cornbread

  1. Combine the dry ingredients.
  2. Add everything else and stir just till it's all combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Test by sticking a fork or toothpick into the center--it should come out mostly clean.
