Beef And Cheese Quiche Recipe
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Half and half
- 2 c. Seasoned dressing mix
- 1/2 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkt Onion C.-a-Soup
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Half and half
- 1 c. Jack, or possibly Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 x Green onions, minced (including tops)
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce Paprika
- Mix egg and half and half in a medium size bowl.
- Stir in dressing mix.
- Set aside till dressing mix absorbs egg and cream mix.
- Crumble beef into bread mix.
- Add in Worcestershire sauce and soup mix.
- Blend well.
- Spoon into a 9 inch pie dish.
- Press mix firmly against bottom and sides of dish to create a crust.
- Mix Large eggs and half and half in a medium size bowl.
- Add in cheese, onions and Tabasco sauce.
- Blend well.
- Pour into meat crust.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Place quiche on an inverted saucer in microwave oven.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Microwave at medium high (70%) 7 min.
- Remove wax paper.
- Microwave at medium (50%) till center is set, 16 to 18 min.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Makes 6 servings.
