Mouth watering Kabobs!
- 1 bunch onion~red/yellow
- 1 bunch tomato
- 1 bunch mushrooms
- 1 bunch Potatoes
- 1 bunch peppers~red,yellow,orange,green
- 1 bunch beef polska kielbasa aka sausage
- 1 dash Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt & pepper
- 1 bunch Diced green onions
- 1 bunch chicken or steak, pork or even ribs
- 1 bunch ham lunch meat or bacon or both
- Get out your kabob sticks and start stacking them in any order..
- They look better in spaced color
- Drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper and throw the green onions on top
- Heat in oven slow for about an hour at 275 or 300F
- Make your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy
