Daddy Jack's Texas Bar B Que Brisket Recipe
- 3-4 pound brisket
- 3 tbsp. liquid smoke
- Garlic salt
- Onion salt
- Celery salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bottle Bar-B-Que sauce (Texas style)
- Must begin one day prior to serving.
- Pour liquid smoke over meat.
- Generously sprinkle both sides of brisket with celery and garlic salt.
- Cover with foil and chill overnight.
- Don't DRAIN.
- Sprinkle with pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onion salt.
- Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hrs.
- Pour bar-b-que sauce over meat and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
