White Chocolate Strawberry Ghosts

  1. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching.
  2. Dip strawberries in melted white chocolate mixture; set on waxed paper-lined baking sheet to dry.
  3. Melt semisweet chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour chocolate into a pastry bag with a small tip or a plastic bag with a small corner cut off.
  4. Pipe eyes and and open mouth on the dried white chocolate dipped strawberries to make a 'face'.
