Blueberry Muffins 1 Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix Bisquick, sugar, lowfat sour cream and Large eggs.
  3. Beat with fork till well blended.
  4. With rubber spatula add in blueberries.
  5. Put about 1/4 c. of batter in muffin c..
  6. Combine lemon peel with 2 Tbsp.
  7. sugar.
  8. Sprinkle on top of unbaked muffins.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden brown.
