Very Easy Simple Syrup
- 250 grams Sugar
- 150 ml Water
- 1 slice Lemon slice
- Add the water and sugar to a saucepan and heat on medium.
- Turn off the heat just before the mixture comes to a boil.
- Add the lemon slice; this is to get rid of the scum.
- Leave the lemon in for a while to eliminate the scum, and leaves the mixture clear.
- (Once the scum has gone, take out the lemon.)
- Pour the mixture into an empty bottle and you're done.
- It's best to store the simple syrup in the refrigerator.
