Choco-Scotch Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients except butterscotch chips and walnuts in bowl.
  4. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until all ingredients are moistened.
  5. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  6. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  8. Bake 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly in center.
  9. Immediately sprinkle with butterscotch chips..
  10. *Substitute peanut butter-flavored baking chips.
