Veal Scaloppines Recipe

  1. Combine flour, Lawry seasoning.
  2. Dip each scaloppine and saute/fry in melted butter and extra virgin olive oil, garlic.
  3. Arrange in shallow serving dish or possibly casserole.
  4. Saute/fry in same pan mushrooms in butter.
  5. Add in beef consomme and vermouth.
  6. Pour sauce over scaloppine and put in oven at 375 degrees for 30 min.
  7. Serves 4.
