Veal Scaloppines Recipe
- 1 - 1 1/4 lbs. veal scaloppines
- 1/2 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. beef consomme
- 1/4 c. sweet vermouth
- Combine flour, Lawry seasoning.
- Dip each scaloppine and saute/fry in melted butter and extra virgin olive oil, garlic.
- Arrange in shallow serving dish or possibly casserole.
- Saute/fry in same pan mushrooms in butter.
- Add in beef consomme and vermouth.
- Pour sauce over scaloppine and put in oven at 375 degrees for 30 min.
- Serves 4.
