BBQ Beef Fajita Wraps

  1. Stir-fry meat, red peppers and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min.
  2. or until meat is cooked through.
  3. Add barbecue sauce; stir.
  4. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spoon 1-1/4 cups of the meat mixture down center of each tortilla.
  6. Fold in sides of tortilla, then roll up tightly from bottom.
  7. Place wraps, seam-sides down, in parchment paper-lined full sheet pan.
  8. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. For each serving: Place 1 wrap on rack of broiler pan; top with 2 Tbsp.
  10. each of the green peppers and cheese.
  11. Broil 1 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted.
