Spicy Beef and Vegetables

  1. Cook vermicelli to desired doneness as directed on package.
  2. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  3. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Spray large nonstick skillet or wok with cooking spray.
  6. Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
  7. Add beef and onion; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink and onion is crisp-tender.
