Easy Italian Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine tomato juice and paste in kettle on low heat.
  2. Add in garlic and other spices.
  3. In fry pan, heat lard and add in Italian sausage.
  4. After done frying, add in sausage and about 1/2 c. lard mix (from fry pan) to sauce.
  5. Cook sauce and sausage together for a total of 3 to 3 1/2 hrs.
  6. Skim the top and serve with noodles.
  7. NOTE: If you double the recipe be sure to cook for 6 hrs.
