Black Bean Demon Dip

  1. Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, TABASCO Habanero Sauce and salt in bowl.
  2. Add the drained black beans, carrots, avocado and scallion.
  3. Toss to mix well.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
  5. Cover well if not eating immediately.
