Baked Maple-Mustard Glazed Salmon
- 2 pieces Salmon Fillets, 1 Serving Size Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Coarse Grain Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly coat a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place fillets, skin side down, in baking dish.
- Whisk together maple syrup, mustard and brown sugar in small bowl.
- Pour over salmon.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
