Ham and Cheese Ball

  1. Beat cream cheese and yogurt in a large bowl at medium speed of a mixer until smooth.
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, ham, onions, horseradish and onions.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Shape cheese mixture into a ball, and sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Press parsley gently into cheese ball.
  6. Wrap cheese ball in heavy duty plastic wrap and chill.
  7. Serve with fat free crackers.
  8. Serving size 1 TBS.
