Coffee Frappe
- 3 cups ice
- 2 cups espresso, chilled
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup hazelnut syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Shaved chocolate, for topping
- To a blender, add the ice, coffee, half-and-half, hazelnut syrup, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
