Meat Balls Polish Style Recipe

  1. Soak bread in the lowfat milk.
  2. Add in to meat mix of Large eggs, onion and seasonings.
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Brown in skillet.
  5. Add in can of chicken broth.
  6. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with creamed cabbage and mashed potatoes.
  8. Makes 24 meat balls.
