Meat Balls Polish Style Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd meat (1/2 pork & 1/2 beef)
- 1 (15 ounce.) can chicken broth
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 sm. onion, grated
- 3 slices dry bread
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Soak bread in the lowfat milk.
- Add in to meat mix of Large eggs, onion and seasonings.
- Shape into balls.
- Brown in skillet.
- Add in can of chicken broth.
- Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Serve with creamed cabbage and mashed potatoes.
- Makes 24 meat balls.
