Calamari Ha Long Bay-Style

  1. To clean calamari, open lengthwise and wash with water.
  2. Score inside lightly, then cut each one into four pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. Heat wok or stir-fry pan over high heat.
  4. Add oil, garlic, onion, and calamari.
  5. Stir-fry quickly for about 1 minute.
  6. Don't overcook!
  7. Add remaining vegetables, soy sauce, fish sauce, and chicken broth.
  8. Cook for 1 minute.
  9. Stir in chili sauce.
  10. Serve hot with steamed rice.
