Texas Ribeye
- 2/3 cup Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless beef ribeye steaks (250 g/1/2 lb. each), 3/4-inch thick
- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- Mix barbecue sauce, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper until well blended.
- Grill steaks 6 to 8 min.
- on each side for medium rare (145F) to medium doneness (160F), brushing occasionally with the barbecue sauce mixture.
