Deviled Eggs

  1. Boil about 2 cups water.
  2. Add salt (this keeps eggs from breaking).
  3. Put eggs in slowly with shell on and boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Peel eggs n place in cold water.
  5. Rinse and let stand to dry.
  6. Cut each egg directly in half (vertical way)
  7. Gently and carefully without breaking the eggs.
  8. Take the yoke out and put in a small bowl.
  9. Place the half eggs on a plate (arranging them how you like).
  10. Mix yoke by itself til smooth.
  11. Add mayo, mustard, salt & pepper, and sweet relish to yoke...mix well.
  12. Spoon the mixture in each egg cavity.
  13. Sprinkle paprika over eggs.
  14. Serve chilled.
