Deviled Eggs
- 4 each Eggs
- 4 tbsp Mayo
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Sweet Relish
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Paprika
- Boil about 2 cups water.
- Add salt (this keeps eggs from breaking).
- Put eggs in slowly with shell on and boil for 10 minutes.
- Peel eggs n place in cold water.
- Rinse and let stand to dry.
- Cut each egg directly in half (vertical way)
- Gently and carefully without breaking the eggs.
- Take the yoke out and put in a small bowl.
- Place the half eggs on a plate (arranging them how you like).
- Mix yoke by itself til smooth.
- Add mayo, mustard, salt & pepper, and sweet relish to yoke...mix well.
- Spoon the mixture in each egg cavity.
- Sprinkle paprika over eggs.
- Serve chilled.
