Mediterranean Bread and Butter Pudding

  1. Spread bread with pesto.
  2. Top each slice with salami and Singles*.
  3. Arrange bread slices in a greased 20 x 30cm baking dish.
  4. Add the tomatoes, olives and basil.
  5. Combine cream and eggs.
  6. Season to taste and pour mixture over bread.
  7. Bake at 160C for 30-40 minutes or until custard is set.
  8. Serve warm.
