Beef Kabobs with Peanut Dipping Sauce

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Thread beef strips onto skewers; brush with barbecue sauce mixture.
  3. Marinate 30 min.
  4. Meanwhile, combine dressing and Sriracha sauce in small bowl.
  5. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  6. dressing mixture; refrigerate remaining mixture.
  7. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  8. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Grill skewers 3 min.
  10. on each side or until cooked through, brushing with reserved 2 Tbsp.
  11. dressing mixture during the last minute of grilling.
  12. Serve with remaining dressing mixture, nuts and onions.
