Bishop Bread Recipe

• 1 c. sugar
• 3 Large eggs
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 c. walnuts, whole
• 1 c. dates, whole
• 1 c. Brazil nuts, whole
• 1 c. flake coconut
• 1 bar sweet chocolate, cut in squares
• 24 Maraschino cherries, whole
• 4 tbsp. crushed pineapple, liquid removed

1. Mix all together.
2. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
3. Wrap loaf in towel while still hot.
4. Good for Christmas!
